How to delete my account?

Please keep in mind that you can continue to enjoy SOUNDRAW's features without a paid account, under our free plan, without any additional costs. You can check your current subscription status through your account page.

 

However, if you wish to delete your account, do take note on the following:

• Any remaining credits will be immediately removed once your account is deleted.
• Any songs saved in your favorites, as well as all other data attached to them, will also be deleted.

If you understand the above and still wish to proceed with deleting your account, please contact us at [e-mail]. For security reasons, make sure to reach out to us using the email address attached to the account that you wish to delete, so we can confirm that you are its owner. Doing so will allow us to process your account deletion request.
