How can I download receipt?

You can download your receipt from your account page!
If your subscription started before March 2024, you will not be able to download it yourself. Please contact us at [e-mail]　

How to download

1. Click on the link, "Change payment method & Download receipts" on your account page.
2. Click on the pink mark that you want to download receipts on the payment details page.
3. Click "Download receipt" on the next page.
4. Click "Allow" if a pop-up window appears asking for permission to download.
5. Check your downloaded file at your local file or any place you selected. The receipt is titled "Receipt-0000-0000" (*The numbers are allocated to you, so this is just an example).

You can download the receipt by following the above procedure.
